THE BRACELET FOUNDATION
The Bracelet Foundation began on Tumblr to offer support to those needing help with the first steps to recovery with Mental Illness. Make yourself a bracelet to wear as a reminder that recovery is possible, just like the idea of tying string around a finger to remember something.

Leave a photo of your bracelet in the submission box HERE with your story.

Stop apologizing for the things you enjoy eating.

Stop apologizing for the things you enjoy wearing.

Stop apologizing for how you prefer to spend your day.

Stop apologizing for the things that make you happy.
